Composition: Levocetirizine Hydrochloride IP 2.5 mg +Montelukast Sodium IP Eq to montelukast- 4mg/5ml

Levocetirizine hydrochloride IP and montelukast sodium IP is a combination medicine used against the various symptoms of allergy. The symptoms include sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and cough. The combination of both components makes a strong anti- allergic formulation. In the combination, levocetirizine works as an anti-allergic agent that helps to inhibit histamine to cause the allergic reactions, while the other component of the combination is montelukast. Montelukast works to inhibit leukotrienes (produced by the lungs). Leukotrienes cause inflammation in the airways. The combination of both salts helps to reduce the allergic reaction.
